Our new shop has a main work space that's  60' x 120'. The shop is in the process of having the heating and air conditioning installed throughout. We recently added a lean 2 down one entire side - 20' x 120'. Within that we sectioned off a separate 20' x 16' room for parts storage and another room that's 20' x 32' that houses all of the farms metal working and fabrication tools.
