SOLAR POWERED SEPTEMBER 2016

In September of 2016 we added a 70,000 watt solar system to the farm operation which covers basically 100% of our electrical needs. Our grain facility is the biggest draw for energy, all of the grain bins dry grain using air which is forced through the grain mass from high speed fans that often run 24 hours a day.
